We only have five more Saturdays at Utah State. FIVE. That's insane. I feel like I just loaded up Rosie & the suburban with my life in boxes and moved down here. And now it's almost over. But it's been an adventure, that's for sure.
This weekend the Fierce Felicia's (Allie, Abbey, Ashly, and I) decided to cram in as many things as we could. Friday after class, Ashly and I drove down to Sandy for dinner with Rachel and Megan then we went to one of our Kappa Delta sister's (Kylie) wedding which was super fun and basically turned into a KD dance party- not mad.

After the wedding, Ashly and I went to Salt Lake City and spent the night at my Grandma Charlotte's house. Saturday morning was the last Firestorm bike ride in honor of my Uncle Ben. I've ridden in the Firestorm bike ride a few times but ever since I turned sixteen, I've usually been in charge of driving the support crew vehicle full of little kiddos cheering, screaming, dancing, and singing up and down the canyon while everyone is riding. And I love it.Can I just pause for a second and say how eternally grateful I am for the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation? It is the most amazing thing and the greatest blessing to know that we can be with our families forever and ever. I can not imagine how hard it would be to go through this life without that knowledge. But it makes me sick inside to think that there are people out there who believe that once you die, you die forever and that's the end. That's insane to me. Can you imagine how different the world would be if everyone knew and believed in the Plan of Salvation? It would be amazing. And it would change everything. I want to share this knowledge with everyone and shout it from the rooftops. I know that we will be reunited with Uncle Ben again and how joyous will that reunion be. I am so grateful for the gospel and the ginormous blessing it is to me in my life. It's seriously amazing.

This year, little Charlotte Jacobsen rode on the tandem bike with her dad from the race starting line to Ruth's Diner before she started to freeze her fingers and toes off. Then we let her climb back in the car and warm up while her dad rode all the way to the top. Go Scott!

Once the race was over, Ashly and I headed down to Ashly's house in Pleasant Grove to get dressed for the Festival of Colors and meet Allie and Abbey there. We got to ride in Allie's Jeep, Norman, who was completely outfitted with tie-dye sheets to cover his seats so we wouldn't destroy them after the Festival. Because that chalk destroys everything. I am so grateful for the Fierce Felicias and honestly teared up for a quick minute (which I've been doing a lot of lately- I think I'm getting old or something weird like that) on our drive over to the Festival because these people are amazing and I am so, so, so grateful for each of them and the impact that they have made on my life in the few short months that I've known them. It is crazy to me that I had no idea who these people were a year ago and now they are some of my favorite humans on this planet. I AM SO BLESSED.
My LifeProof phone case has been through everything. It's seriously life proof. It's been through chocolate syrup slip n' slides, dance parties and a mash pit of people, and it even sank in my car accident in November and MY PHONE STILL WORKED. So we figured that my phone would be the best to sacrifice for all our Festival of Colors selfies. It got pretty trashed. But it was worth it because these Fierce Felicia's selfies are pretty amazing and valuable.

After paying $5 to have colored chalk thrown in our eyes and scramble through herds of loud rainbow people, we went home to shower off (the Festival of Colors was super awesome- it's a Utah Bucket List thing for sure). THE WATER WAS BLACK. I washed my hair three times and my scalp is still hot pink and blue speckle. I think it's going to be like this until I die. Eventually I just gave up washing it and figured that my pink hair would go great for Easter tomorrow.
Then Allie, Ashly, and I went to Allie's Grandma Sally's house for pre-Easter dinner and it was so fun to meet Allie's family. Also, Grandma Sally is like my idol. She's the coolest.
Then I got a tour of these INSANE houses from Allie and Ashly and then went home and crashed because being a bike ride support crew member, throwing chalk in the air until the sky turns hazy pink and yellow, and hanging out with Grandma Sally is really tiring. Honestly, I think it was a little bit of a sugar coma from all of Grandma Sally's treats *cough white chocolate popcorn cough
The Easter Bunny somehow found my at Ashly's house (I love the Mills family) and we got to find the Easter baskets before church on Sunday morning. "Let's feed the kids chocolate eggs and Starburst jelly beans for breakfast and then take them to church and make them sit still and be quiet for three hours" -said no one ever, but happens every Easter Sunday in every family ward. Ashly and I went to Sacrament meeting in her home ward to listen to her sister, Megan, speak and then we drove down the street to Allie's home ward to listen to two missionary homecoming talks. Missionaries are the coolest people ever. AND GRANDMA SALLY WAS THERE AND WE GOT TO TAKE A SELFIE WITH HER.
It was the greatest day.

| We adore Grandma Sally |
It was Ashly's dad's birthday so we went over to her aunt's house for birthday/Easter dinner before we had to head back up to Logan. We crammed so much in three days, I'm way impressed. Now we only have four more Saturdays. But if we can cram as much into those four Saturdays as we did this weekend, I think that we can do anything. Go Fierce Felicias.
Please pray that the Fierce Felicia's survive these next few weeks. I think things are about to get crazy and we haven't even cleaned the sink at Angie's yet or hiked and hammocked at the Wind Caves or gone bowling so Allie can kick our butts. And then we have to go to school too. So much to do, so little time. I think that's how life works really. Whatever, life is awesome and I love it.
Happy Easter!
Love, Caitie (the Easter Bunny)
