This is my roomie roomie, Abbey. She is the greatest companion in the Pet Shop. She started working on her mission papers back in November/December(ish) and turned nineteen (the age that young women can serve a mission in the LDS church, for boys it's eighteen) at the end of January and then turned her papers in! Her call came today and because I can't imagine Abbey waiting to open it, so she went to go open it at her grandparent's house. Because it was a Monday night, Ashly and I ad Kappa Delta meetings so Allie was our Snow #208 representative. Allie Facetimed us after meeting and we got to watch Abbey open her call. Yes, I did cry, no judging.
Abbey has been called to serve in the Anaheim, California Spanish speaking mission. She will report to the Mexico Missionary Training Center June 14th. Abbey is going to go convert Cruella De Vil!
