It's November. Where is the snow? I'm used to having to scrape my car windshield off every morning by now, but instead I'm still wearing hoodies to class. No, but really like I don't know what to do with this grass stuff. It's just cold here in Logan. No snow. And on the shuttle this morning, the bus driver was playing Christmas music, which ultimately just made my want for snow so much worse.
Something really special about Snow #208 is our mad holiday spirit. For every holiday. So on November 1st we tore down our Halloween decorations and got ready for Thanksgiving. Abbey is pretty much the queen of holidays around here and so while we were tracing our hands, Abbey snagged the butcher paper from our floor's bulletin board and made the Mayflower on our family room wall. It's complete with Miley Cyrus, Abbey's mom, and Hillary Clinton. Then I made the last of our Halloween cookies just to seal off the deal.

I got to talk to Hannah Jane for two hours the other day which made me so, so, so happy because I miss her like crazy. I miss her all of the time. My life went from talking to her in the hallways at school, in the car on the way to seminary in the morning, and at night when both of us were too hyper to fall asleep and now she is 130 miles away. But I get to be home in fifteen days and think about it all of the time. I am so excited to be with Fish Stick. And just home in general.
Oh, and Max made the Jackson Hole Middle School basketball team and he's the most adorable basketball player I have ever seen. Look at the swag.
That's pretty much all I have right now. I passed my Kappa Delta new member test this week so that means that I am eligible to go through second and third degree this weekend and become an officially initiated member of Kappa Delta this weekend. I am so excited to finally be able to be a full member of this amazing organization and experience all that it has to offer!
Love, Caitie
